Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MLOps Technical Lead to drive advanced machine learning operations and automation across development projects. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize scalable ML pipelines, ensuring efficient model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. This role requires strong expertise in MLOps, DevOps, Python, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines using MLflow, Kubeflow Pipelines, TFX, and Metaflow
- Automate model training, validation, and deployment workflows
- Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and CircleCI
- Monitor ML systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Fluentd
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization
- Manage source code using Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket
- Conduct technical reviews and contribute to architecture decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ML solutions
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices in MLOps

Technical Skills
- Strong experience in MLOps frameworks: MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, Metaflow
- Expertise in Python for automation, scripting, and ML pipelines
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
- Experience in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI
- Proficiency in monitoring & logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Fluentd
- Strong knowledge of Version Control Systems: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, GCP is a plus)
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes (highly desirable)
