Job Description

  • Plan and supervise Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance to ensure tool readiness during high production demand.

  • Collaborate with the Lead Plant to analyze and resolve mold repair issues and implement transferred best practices.

  • Lead the planning and release of new inhouse mold projects.

  • Drive productivity improvement initiatives in the tool shop, such as reducing service time and enhancing technician competency.

  • Support quality improvement for molding spare parts and stock optimization.

  • Drive tool availabilityimprovements through projects such as system CIP (Continuous Improvement Process).


Qualifications

Education Background:

  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields (Tool & Die / Plastic Molding are preferrable).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with Tool & Die for plasticmolding, including tool servicing, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.

  • Experience in mold maintenance planning.

  • Advanced problem-solving skills, including the 8D process for tooling and molding issues.

  • Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.

  • Hands-on experience in plastic injection molding repair and service.

  • Solid understanding of the plastic injection molding process.

  • Proficiency in English (speaking and listening).
