- Lead end‑to‑end NPI and product transfer projects from customer handover to mass production
- Manage, coach, and develop the NPI Engineering team with clear KPIs and performance goals
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Production, Quality, Procurement, Logistics) during ramp‑up
- Oversee technical documentation including WI, BOM, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process flows
- Support RFQ activities with technical feasibility reviews and cost estimation
- Act as the main technical interface for customer audits, reviews, and trial builds
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Optical, Precision Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering with 2-3 years in leadership
- Strong background in precision or optical manufacturing and assembly processes
- Solid knowledge of Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D) and quality systems
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Fluent English communication skills with strong customer‑facing and project leadership ability
