Job Description

Role Description

-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

-Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

-Manage agendas, travel plans, international Visa and appointments for upper management.

-Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.

-Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other data, Support Human Resources and Finance management activities.

-Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in office procedures.

-Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed

-Assist factory Supply Chain department for Customs clearance.

-Assist Supervisor Government related event.

-Other temporary tasks arranged by Supervisor.

Qualifications

-Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

-Familiarity with office management procedures has good knowledge of MS Office

  • -Excellent Language communication skills: English, more languages skill will be preferred.
