Job Description

Responsibilities;

Lead quality-related problem-solving activities using structured methodologies and analytical tools.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and analyze Quality, Productivity, and Efficiency KPIs.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to reduce defects, rework, and process variation.
Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives across the production area.
Prepare and present improvement project results and recommendations to management.
Support data-driven decision-making through process analysis and performance reporting.

Qualifications;

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement, Production Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
Fresh graduates with internship or project experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Problem Solving are welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies and tools, including PDCA , 5 Why Analysis ,SPC Tool.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
Ability to analyze production processes and identify waste reduction opportunities.
Good human relations, positive attitude.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Good skill to Microsoft Office, Advance -Excel, Power Point,
