Main purpose of the role:
- Execute Production order process to ensure production order has been deliver to stakeholder within timeline and optimal inventory level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams related to new Campaign status/ production order/ Inventory optimization
- Support Capacity analysis activity.
Key accountabilities:
Prepare input parameter for capacity analysis tool.
- Execute Capacity analysis report, Analyse the result, Anticipate potential risk related to capacity outlook and propose solution to prevent capacity constrained.
- Update Planning parameter for new item setup in ERP system
- Calculate safety stock levels of Casted part, Spare parts, Plastic and Stamping to meet demand forecast, update to ERP system.
- Ensure production order has been delivered to stakeholder with inventory optimization / meet timeline.
- Ensure that Casted part are available to meet Agile / Bundle demand
- Monitor New Campaign hand-over status, Ensure that new campaign item are ready before order placment timeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on New Campaign status, Production order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels regularly and initiate actions to maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess stock
- Monitor own performance and address gaps/improvement opportunities.
- Communicate efficient and effective with all stakeholder.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field is required
Field of study
- Engineering, Science.
- Industrial management.
- Other with Related.
Pivotal And Professional Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Planning/Supply Chain filed.
- Experience in Capacity Planning.
- Experience in manufacturing environment (Jewelry experience is preferred).
- Experience in ERP system (AX, SAP, etc)

- Detail and result oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
