Job Description

Recruitment & Sourcing:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates across various platforms, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events.

Job Postings & Advertisements:

Create engaging job descriptions and job postings across multiple channels to increase brand visibility and attract top talent.

Candidate Screening & Interviewing:

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Ensure that candidates are assessed for skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, team dynamics, and departmental needs, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and selection criteria.

Candidate Experience Management:

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication with candidates at every stage.

Offer Management & Negotiation:

Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and provide candidates with a clear understanding of compensation, benefits, and other relevant job details.

Onboarding Support:

Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have a smooth transition into the company and receive the necessary training and resources.

Reporting & Metrics:

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness, providing regular reports to management.
