Key Accountabilities
System Reliability: Ensure uninterrupted operations of Utilities, HVAC, and Utility Engineering systems.
Operational Excellence: Maintain optimal performance of machines and general facilities through regular inspections and adjustments.
Respond promptly to breakdowns, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform repairs.
Manage job requests from all PANDORA departments via official forms.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities adhere to ISO, 5S, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), and Energy-saving standards.
Team Support: Assist the Team Leader in task assignment and support special projects like energy reduction.

Machine Availability: Control A-rank machine availability.
Maintenance Ratio: Maintain a high ratio of Planned vs. Unplanned maintenance.
Sustainability: Meet Energy and Water Performance Indicators.

Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree: Diploma (Higher Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's Degree.
Field of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
Experience Criteria:
Diploma holders: Minimum 2 years of experience in utility system maintenance.
Vocational Certificate holders: Minimum 3 years of experience in utility system maintenance.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in repairing and maintaining Chillers, Air Conditioning, Air Compressors, RO/DI systems, and Electrical Power Systems.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills: Ability to read/write electrical and mechanical drawings.
Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Language: Competent in both Thai and English.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability to new technologies, and attention to detail in documentation.
Mandatory Qualification
License: Must possess a Certificate of Electrical Competence from the Department of Skill Development.
Mobility: Willingness to travel as required by the role.
