- Monitor, inspect, and maintain factory utility systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, compressed air systems, and RO-EDI water treatment systems.
- Ensure utility equipment and machinery are operating efficiently and reliably to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and root cause analysis to minimize system downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Monitor system performance and energy consumption and prepare operational and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, and utility system improvement projects.
- Support continuous improvement and energy-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
We love that you are…
- Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate (or above) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Certified by the National Skill Standards Test in Residential and Small Commercial Air Conditioning Technician Level 3.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, air conditioning, or utility system maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and utility systems used in industrial facilities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in shifts and adapt to operational requirements.
- Experience in factory utility systems will be considered an advantage.
