Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Management
- Develop quarterly and monthly offline sales targets for the Thailand market.
- Allocate targets across teams and individuals and track performance progress.
- Analyze gaps, identify causes, and implement improvement measures to ensure 100% achievement of offline sales goals.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the offline sales team to build a high-performance unit.
- Conduct regular training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Establish incentive mechanisms and support day-to-day team operations.
3. Market Research & Data Analysis
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis for the Thailand offline market.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to support product and sales strategy improvements.
- Monitor sales data and recommend optimization strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, or related fields (preferred).
Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of pet food sales experience, with at least 3 years managing offline sales teams.
- Strong targetdriven mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong market insight and data analysis capabilities.
- Must be under 38 years old.
