Job Description
- Oversee daily logistics site operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and policy adherence while managing site budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training to enhance productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong client relationships, address operational issues promptly, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement quality control processes to meet industry standards and company policies, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies and implementing strategic solutions to enhance performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate site operations and maintain competitiveness in the global logistics market.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of operational experience in 3PL logistics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Experience within Food Warehouse Management will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
