Leading and controlling all aspects of industrial cleaning services to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Managing and achieving key performance metrics including EBITDA, revenue, P&L, and cost control (actual vs. plan).
Driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with the Service Level Excellence framework.
Implementing technical solutions and operational strategies to enhance cleaning service processes and efficiency.
Leading the site operations team to meet and exceed safety excellence standards, both internal (SCCC Group) and regulatory.
Developing and enforcing policies and procedures in compliance with OH&S and environmental regulations.
Promoting a customer-centric culture across the Industrial Services team.
Supporting business development initiatives through process improvements and the implementation of CAPEX projects.
Leading efforts in manpower utilization, employee engagement, team development, and succession planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
At least 7 years of working experience as operations lead
Proven leadership experience in the Industrial Cleaning Services industry.
Strong track record in management roles with full P&L responsibility Business acumen and strategic thinking
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standard
