About The Role

As a Senior Operations Manager (Marketplace), your key objective is to lead and scale marketplace operations in Bangkok by driving operational excellence, and marketplace efficiency.

You will strengthen the driver and fleet partner value proposition, lead strategic operational initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketplace health and customer experience.

This is a highly analytical and hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands marketplace dynamics, and is passionate about building scalable and sustainable operations.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen the driver and fleet partner value proposition through localized operational, engagement, and growth strategies.
  • Lead supply forecasting, capacity planning, and marketplace optimization initiatives to support sustainable business growth and marketplace efficiency. Own operational performance by monitoring marketplace and supply metrics, identifying operational gaps, and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Manage budget planning and forecasting processes aligned with market initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Identify local market trends, operational risks, and growth opportunities, proactively implementing initiatives that improve business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Central Operations teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and customer experience improvements and continuously improve operational workflows, processes, and team performance to support rapid scaling and long-term operational sustainability.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in local business planning, operational strategy development, and execution. Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing operations teams by fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You

  • You have 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, marketplace management, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • You are highly analytical with proven experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable initiatives.
  • You are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, and you possess strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • You have experience working in high-growth tech companies, marketplaces, mobility, logistics, or consumer-tech environments.
  • You are passionate about building efficient operations and delivering exceptional partner and customer experiences.
