Requirements
- Open to Thai nationals and ASEAN expats.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
- Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for building and maintaining long-term business partnerships.
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently and effectively manage an agent pipeline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with a proven track record in Sales and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepareproposals, negotiate rates, and finalize commercial terms with agents.
- Coordinatewith agents and internal teams to secure shipments.
- Monitorshipment status to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achievecompany sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Developand maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Identifynew business opportunities and potential markets.
- Supportmarketing activities and business development initiatives.
- Attendrelated conferences, networking events, and association meetings (local & international).
