Role Summary:
Provides expertise and management on Packaging Category, assuring the supply, value and risk mitigation of ISEA packaging. Accountable for ensuring supply assurance for materials, quality compliance with suppliers and cost savings for the portfolio working with regional procurement manager and other key stakeholders in the plant.
Follow and obey the requirements specified by the company, with awareness and emphasis on quality and safety of products together with report irregularities that may affect food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of assigned category of packaging materials for ISEA including Budget, Forecast and market understanding, supporting sourcing strategy development and getting market information. This responsibility is including the new supplier development.
- Execution of Packaging category strategies to support the business growth and strategy via NPD support on sourcing, pricing discussions and maintaining data on NPD pricing for ISEA.
- Work on negotiations with suppliers, identifying CCI opportunities, executing of RFPs and other CCI opportunities together with regional manager.
- Engage in process standardization and change management efforts while creating true alignment & integration internally and externally maintaining both internal stakeholder relationships and external supplier relationships.
- Manage quality claims escalation and delivery delay escalation to ensure supply and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years in Purchasing/Supply Chain environment with operational process experience.
- 3+ yrs project management, execution of or participation in large, multiple or cross-functional projects. Project management/process improvement.
- 2+ yrs managing, leading developing multifunctional work teams.
