Job Description

The Senior Partner Relations Specialist is responsible for sourcing, building, and managing long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), ranging from Seeders to Macro and Celebrity-tier influencers, ensuring the right talent is selected to effectively promote brands and products for every campaign.

The Senior Partner Relations Specialist will be reporting directly to the Partner Relations Team Lead.

01 Job Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate and onboard suitable KOLs and influencers to support various campaign objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with KOLs and talent agencies on campaign deliverables, commercial terms, timelines, usage rights and contractual requirements.
  • Develop, strengthen and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with influencers, creators and talent agencies.
  • Monitor partner performance, engagement and satisfaction, implementing initiatives that improve retention and partnership value.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise campaign profitability through effective cost management, negotiation strategies and resource allocation.
  • Continuously expand and enrich the influencer database by researching emerging creators, market trends and industry developments.
  • Independently manage end-to-end campaign execution, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Marketing and Tech teams to ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to facilitate accurate and timely payment processing, reconciliation and partner-related financial matters.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations on influencer trends, partnership opportunities and industry best practices to support business growth.

02 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Studies or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or KOL management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, or possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and talents in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and KOL management.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a small team.
