We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional with strong expertise in payroll and compensation. This role is responsible for managing the full payroll cycle with accuracy and compliance, acting as the final reviewer before salary disbursement, supporting salary increment and bonus processes, and driving HR systems improvement. Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Thai labor law are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process (salary, overtime, incentives, allowances, provident fund, leave, and time attendance) with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance to regulations.
Process and act as the final reviewer of payroll data, ensuring all calculations are correct before salary disbursement.
Prepare and submit required statutory reports to government agencies (Revenue Department, Social Security Office, etc.) within deadlines.
HR System:
Maintain and update the employee database to ensure accuracy of records.
Drive system setup and improvements in payroll to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Company Policy and Labor Law:
Maintain human resources policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with the labor laws requirements as well as providing recommendations/guidance to related parties.
Support store operations team for labor related issues.
Reporting:
Support in the design, implementation, and improvement of the Compensation & Benefits framework, including salary structures, bonus, and benefits programs.
HR Activities:
Participate in and support HR-related activities such as Town Halls, store visits, and employee engagement programs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in HR, with strong expertise in payroll and HRIS.
Proven experience handling end-to-end payroll independently and acting as final payroll reviewer.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor law.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, etc.).
Excellent written and spoken in English.
High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical ability, and accuracy under pressure.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in system implementation or setup is highly preferred.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to make decisions when needed.
