Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior People & Culture Officer will oversee all People & Culture functions, leading both

human resource management (30%) and human resource development (70%). This role

requires a proactive, people-oriented leader who can shape our company culture, support

employee growth, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement the company's People & Culture strategy aligned with KDC Group's

vision and values.

  • Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute initiatives that enhance employee

engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Human Resource Management (30%)

  • Oversee core HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination,

benefits, and compliance.

  • Maintain and improve HR policies, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and

legal requirements.

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and performance reviews efficiently.

Human Resource Development (70%)

  • Develop and execute learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and

career growth.

  • Build a performance-driven culture through training, feedback systems, and leadership

development initiatives.

  • Design and roll out internal engagement programs, team-building activities, and

recognition systems.

  • Support managers and employees in career planning, coaching, and performance

improvement.

  • Drive internal communication and initiatives that strengthen company culture and

collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a

related field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a managerial or

culture-focused role. (leadership skills needed)

  • Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about people, culture, and building a growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
