Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager & Team Lead who can bring together a team of talented specialists, create a high-performance culture, and help drive exceptional results for our clients and partners.

This role is first and foremost about leadership.

You will be responsible for guiding, supporting, and developing a team of performance marketing specialists while ensuring high standards of execution across our paid media operations. While a solid understanding of performance marketing is important, your greatest strength should be your ability to motivate people, build trust, create accountability, and foster strong collaboration across a remote and hybrid environment.

What You'll Do

Lead the Performance Marketing Team

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of performance marketing specialists.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development conversations.
  • Support team members in overcoming challenges and achieving their professional goals.
  • Create clear expectations, accountability, and alignment across the department.
  • Strengthen team culture, engagement, and collaboration within a remote and hybrid setting.

Drive Quality and Performance

  • Oversee campaign execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate channels.
  • Review account structures, campaign strategies, and performance initiatives to ensure a consistently high standard of work.
  • Act as a sounding board and escalation point for specialists when tackling complex challenges.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Partner with Stakeholders

  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.
  • Communicate performance updates, opportunities, and challenges clearly and confidently.
  • Align business goals with marketing initiatives and team priorities.
  • Represent the department with professionalism and credibility across the organization.

What We're Looking For

A Strong People Leader

  • Experience leading, mentoring, or managing performance marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to build engagement, strengthen collaboration, and create a positive team culture.
  • Confident communicator who can connect naturally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to balance support with accountability.

Performance Marketing Experience

  • Solid experience working within performance marketing environments.
  • Understanding of paid media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and related marketing technologies.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, review strategies, and guide specialists toward better outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and translating insights into action.
