We are a fast-growing technology and digital company building multiple premium brands across e-commerce, SaaS, AI automation, and professional services. We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist who can take ownership of digital growth across multiple projects.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing several brands simultaneously and delivering measurable business results.
Performance Marketing- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
- Develop paid media strategies that maximise ROI while reducing CPA.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and campaign planning.
- Manage advertising budgets across multiple brands.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, audience optimisation, and landing page recommendations.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
SEO Strategy- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple websites.
- Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate implementation with developers.
- Conduct keyword research and content planning.
- Optimise website architecture, metadata, internal linking, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Build long-term organic traffic growth through ethical SEO practices.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance.
Meta Advertising (Preferred)- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Create audience strategies including retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Optimise campaigns to improve lead generation, sales, and ROAS.
Growth & Analytics- Monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels.
- Recommend UX and CRO improvements to increase conversions.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and advertising best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution.
Requirements- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and SEO.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimisation.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Experience managing multiple websites or brands simultaneously.
- Proven ability to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and grow organic traffic.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Experience with Shopify and WordPress is highly desirable.
- Experience with Meta Ads is a strong advantage.
Bonus Skills- Experience with SaaS, luxury e-commerce, or technology businesses.
- Familiarity with AI marketing tools and marketing automation.
- Experience with CRO tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or VWO.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation.
