About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Performance & Organic Marketing Manager with 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to drive high-quality lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROAS and reduce CPL.

• Execute ABM Email Campaigns targeting enterprise prospects.

• Execute ABM LinkedIn Campaigns to engage decision-makers.

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.

• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing is preferred.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
