Senior Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling and monitoring of construction projects to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules and baseline programmes using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure project activities are executed according to schedule.
• Track project progress, analyse schedule performance and ensure alignment of project timelines with resource allocation and budget objectives.
• Identify potential risks, delays, and schedule deviations and recommend practical solutions and recovery plans.
• Serve as the key point of contact for project planning matters with clients, authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders, providing technical support and effective coordination.
• Prepare project planning reports, progress updates and schedule analyses for management and clients.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a university recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PE Board), Singapore.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction planning, scheduling and project controls within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 with hands-on experience in developing, updating and managing project schedules.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, resource planning and project coordination.
