As a Senior Planner in Supply Chain Organization, this position will manage a portfolio of programs to improve Supply Chain efficiency.
Overview:
As a Senior Planner, you are responsible for generating and enhancing supply chain reports, supporting data digitization, and maintaining accurate data in the Oracle system to ensure efficient operations and reliable decision-making.
- Generate and maintain supply chain reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Enhance existing reports to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability
- Support data digitization initiatives to streamline and automate processes
- Perform data maintenance in Oracle systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Ensure high data integrity to enable reliable analysis and reporting
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multiple supply chain improvement programs to drive operational efficiency.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc supply chain reports to support business planning and decision-making.
- Enhance existing reports by improving data accuracy, visualization, and relevance to stakeholders.
- Support data digitization efforts to transition manual processes into efficient digital workflows.
- Perform data maintenance activities in the Oracle system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Ensure data integrity across systems to enable reliable reporting and analysis.
- Identify gaps in current processes and reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support system and process standardization to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- Proficiency in tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, PowerQuery, Macros).
- Experience in data management, cleansing, and digitization initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
