Senior Planner, Supply Chain

Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for managing end-to-end supply and demand planning activities for semiconductor products, ensuring alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory targets, and supply commitments. This role works closely with fabs, OSAT partners, foundries, and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity, support product lifecycle activities, and improve planning effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply and demand planning to balance customer requirements, manufacturing capacity, lead times, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with fabs, OSAT partners, and foundries on capacity commitments, wafer starts, production schedules, and supply availability.
• Monitor and improve supply chain performance metrics, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, and demand fulfillment.
• Support new product ramp planning, production transitions, and end-of-life (EOL) phase-out planning activities.
• Perform supply risk analysis, support scenario planning, and drive mitigation actions while improving planning processes and systems (ERP/APS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand/supply planning, or production planning, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor supply chain processes, including wafer fabrication, foundry, OSAT, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/APS systems; knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage complex supply chain activities.
