Senior Presales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from customers and develop requirement specifications document.
• Coordinate closely with customers to build rapport and ensure quality service.
• Analyse business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive functional specification documents.
• Collaborate closely with solution vendors and software developers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate leadership and expertise in products and related technologies.
• Maintain and enhance technical skills to meet both internal standards and external expectations.
• Contribute actively as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Network and Systems Infrastructure.
• Experience in presales, solutions design and/or technical consultant will be advantageous.
• Proven expertise in IT solutions, with strong skills in presentation, sales, and negotiation.
• Professional, with positive attitude and strong service mindset.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Open and flexible to travel requirements.
