Wood has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Process Engineer that has previous experience of working across Feasibility Studies and FEEDs, plus EPC and PMC projects. This is an opportunity for you to become a valuable, well-rounded of an experienced team.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key part of the process design team on a current project with a valued client
  • Carry out process design work and related activities as assigned
  • Prepare the process deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs and Equipment Process Data Sheets
  • Supervise the work of others on the team as assigned in line with the project organisation
  • Work in partnership and assist other disciplines as required to meet project requirements
  • Participate in design review meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years experience in process engineering design in the Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas sectors
  • Have experience to design separator, vessel, tank, pump, piping, heat exchanger, heater, compressor, control valve, PSV according to relevant code and standard
  • Be able to perform Process Design & Detailed Engineering including performing process simulations i.e. HYSYS, Flarenet, PIPESIM, OLGA, design calculations, Process Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment, instrument and related items and process control and overpressure protection design etc.,
  • Be able to prepare engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Block Flow Diagram (BFD), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID), Heat and Material Balance (H&MB), Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Line list, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Utilities design, Operation & maintenance procedure, process control philosophy, Hazardous Area Classification, Operating Manual
  • Be able to participate in technical clarification, and technical bid evaluation
  • Be able to perform process study report in the complicate scope
  • Be able to provide input for HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and 3D model review
  • A strong command of Thai and English, both spoken and written
