Objective: To proactively manage technology procurement, focusing on software licenses, cloud services, and hardware. The goal is to optimize costs and ensure fast delivery to support Bitkub's rapid expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Strategic Sourcing: Lead procurement for IT assets (Hardware, Software, SaaS) with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global vendors to secure the best service terms and pricing.
- Contract & SLA Management: Review and negotiate contracts, licenses, and SLAs to ensure full compliance with company policies.
- Budget Optimization Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the IT/Tech budget.
- Cross-functional Collaboration with internal Tech & IT teams to understand requirements and coordinate with Legal and Finance to finalize agreements within timelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience 23 years in IT Procurement or Strategic Sourcing (Experience in tech startups is a plus).
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services (AWS, GCP), and software licensing models.
- Strong English proficiency for international negotiations, sharp attention to detail, and a fast-learning mindset.
