Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Procurement Specialist role will be located in Kalasin. The Senior Procurement Specialist will oversee and manage project procurement, suppliers and planning activities, ensuring that project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include project execution, coordination with teams and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions aligned with organizational standards.

Experiences:

1. Extensive experience in project procurement, including both sourcing and execution.
2. Extensive experience in managing EPCM suppliers, with strong knowledge of cost structures, supplier distribution, evaluation criteria, and negotiation strategies of each WBS in greenfield projects.
3. Be familiar with contract drafting, negotiation and change management.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Fluency in English is a must.
5. Relevant working background on a project owner side and experience in sourcing and purchasing equipment from lost-cost countries such as China and India is a plus.

• Relevant certifications or a degree in Engineering or related fields is preferred
