Senior Product Analyst (Product Owner)

Job Scope

• Analyze product performance using quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, issues, and growth opportunities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to understand market conditions and evolving customer needs.
• Define and prioritize product backlog based on data, business value, market potential, and strategic objectives.
• Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, market opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Support management decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor KPIs, product metrics, and market signals to evaluate product success and guide continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for new products, features, or business models that enhance competitiveness and revenue growth
• Own/prepare business activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to launch product on time

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business and product decisions.
• Experience in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy development.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, dashboards, and product metrics (e.g., BI tools, analytics platforms).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders using data-driven arguments.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, or Payment industries is a strong plus.
