Role Description The Senior Product Commercializes role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bangkok, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The role focuses on driving product commercialization from concept to market launch, coordinating cross-functional teams in product development, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market and customer data, defining product positioning, preparing commercial proposals, and supporting sales teams with product information and materials. The role involves regular communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and partners to ensure product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives. The Senior Product Commercializes team member is expected to monitor product performance, recommend improvements, and contribute to commercial strategies that grow revenue and strengthen brand partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Product Specialists or in product management, commercialization, or similar roles, with strong understanding of consumer goods or beauty-related products.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market research, pricing analysis, product performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present product concepts, negotiate with stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
  • Customer Service orientation, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and responding effectively to customer needs and feedback.
  • Sales acumen, including experience supporting or driving commercial initiatives, preparing sales materials, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in FMCG, beauty, or related industries, preferably in regional or global roles.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bangkok, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are beneficial.
