Project Management: Manage product development projects to ensure alignment with timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards that meet market requirements.
Human Management: Lead and supervise the product development team to ensure effective and high-performance operations.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new product development.
Define Product Strategy: Develop and propose key product propositions for new products to the Marketing team to support successful product launches.
Monitor Product Performance: Gather and analyze customer feedback and product reviews after launch to support continuous improvement in future product development.
Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Quality Control & Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Finance & Accounting) and external partners (e.g., OEM manufacturers, packaging and raw material suppliers).
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetic, skincare, and/or dietary supplement product development.
At least 5 years of experience in project management.
