About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong experience in the digital asset, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industry to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of products across our crypto ecosystem. You will own product initiatives from concept to launch, working closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Business, and Operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital asset products.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building products for a cryptocurrency exchange, digital asset platform, wallet, brokerage, custody provider, or Web3 ecosystem, and possesses a deep understanding of crypto trading, blockchain technology, digital asset infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital asset products and services.
- Define product vision and success metrics aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from product discovery and requirements gathering to launch and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Drive product initiatives related to cryptocurrency trading, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, blockchain integrations, staking, token listings, custody, or other digital asset services.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, competitor offerings, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure products comply with digital asset regulations, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and KYC requirements.
- Work with blockchain infrastructure providers and third-party partners to integrate new blockchain networks, digital assets, and related services.
- Define and monitor key product metrics, customer adoption, engagement, and conversion to drive continuous product improvement.
- Stay current with developments in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, Web3, tokenization, stablecoins, and emerging digital asset trends.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3–5 years in the digital asset, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or crypto exchange industry.
- Proven experience building and launching digital asset products in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, blockchain networks, wallets, custody solutions, token standards, and digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience working on products such as: Spot or derivatives trading, Crypto wallets, Deposits & withdrawals, Blockchain integrations, Token listing, Staking or Earn products, Digital asset custody, On-chain transaction services.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, transaction lifecycle, gas fees, confirmations, private/public keys, and wallet architecture.
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance customer experience, business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
