We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our customer onboarding and KYC experience. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Business teams to build a seamless, secure, and compliant onboarding journey that drives customer conversion while meeting regulatory requirements.
Experience in the digital asset, fintech, or financial services industry is highly preferred, but candidates with strong onboarding and identity verification product experience from other regulated industries are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for customer onboarding, identity verification (KYC), and account activation.
- Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics to improve onboarding conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure products comply with regulatory and AML/KYC requirements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.
- Analyze customer behavior and product metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Drive integration with third-party identity verification, e-KYC, biometric verification, OCR, NDID, or other onboarding solutions.
- Prioritize product backlog based on customer impact, business value, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct user research and gather stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the onboarding journey.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to digital identity and financial services.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, banking, digital payments, or other regulated industries.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional product teams.
- Proven experience owning customer onboarding, KYC, identity verification, or account opening products.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX/UI, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
- Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 products.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with e-KYC providers, NDID, biometric verification, OCR, or identity verification platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar platforms.
- Experience building products in high-growth fintech or startup environments.
