What you'll do

You'll define and execute the product strategy for an AI-driven workflow platform that supports users across complex, multi-stage processes. You'll lead discovery to understand customer pain points, translate insights into a clear vision, and prioritise high-impact problems. Working with engineering and data science, you'll design the interaction models, orchestrate agent behaviour, and make strategic decisions across feasibility, user value, compliance, and long-term scalability. You'll set measurable goals, track product performance, and communicate progress clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including time in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution end-to-end.
  • Experience building and shipping AI-powered product experiences such as agentic systems, workflow automation, or conversational interfaces.
  • Strong product sense with a user-centric mindset and a track record of delivering intuitive, polished user experiences.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using data to shape product direction and measure outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, data, and business functions.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
