About the Job

We're currently looking for a candidate who can contribute and drive our fintech business to aggressively grow in a highly competitive market. We are one of the largest fintech companies with presence across 6 countries in Southeast Asia. The Product Marketing Executive will join our company's journey to accomplish the mission of enabling everyone with access to innovative financial services, leading to better lives.

As a part of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to manage all marketing activities for a portfolio of complex products/services through end-to-end product journey.

This position is under the Marketing division, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for Financial Service Marketing, developing effective marketing strategies and plans, and ensuring the marketing execution success of the plans.

  • Create go-to-market strategy, including product branding, to launch new financial service products, for one of these four domains: lending, wealth, insurance and migrant segment
  • Use market research to identify market segmentations, consumer insights, and develop product positioning, key offerings and unique selling propositions to each segmentation
  • Analyze sales data and channel information, manage and optimize Consumer Funnel
  • Build solid marketing plans and commercial campaigns for user acquisition and retention
  • Closely collaborate with marketing execution, creative, and media team to successfully execute marketing plans
  • Ensure the end-to-end implementations and executions to be inline with strategy and plan
  • Effectively manage given budgets and control cost of user acquisition and retention through media spending, incentive and production.

Key Capabilities

  • Fundamental understanding of Consumer Funnel Marketing
  • Exceptional analytical skills with strong quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of Marketing Communication, both in app and off app (online and offline)
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and measurement
  • Fast learner who can proactively assess cost-benefit relationships
  • Strategic thinking whilst coming up with practical campaigns
  • High ability in explaining complex ideas in writing and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively with all-level employees in key stakeholders
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Self driven with proactive attitude
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects

Key Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of working experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in Fintech App, E-commerce platform, and Marketplace app, or related business.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Background in banking or fintech is a plus
  • Self driven with a record of leadership in relevant fields (either academic or extracurricular settings)
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Power Point, Excel, Google Sheet and Google Slides
