About the Company:
Our client is a global leader in plastic injection manufacturing, renowned for high-precision production, world-class quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end plastic injection production operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee daily molding operations and coordinate closely with maintenance, tooling, engineering, and QA to ensure stable machine performance and product quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in injection molding processes, cycle time optimization, scrap reduction, and machine utilization.
- Monitor key production KPIs (OEE, rejection rate, downtime) and implement data-driven corrective and preventive actions.
- Strengthen operational systems, standardize production procedures, and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing production and molding team with strong technical and problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plastic injection manufacturing, with strong exposure to high-volume or high-precision molding operations.
- Proven track record in leading large production teams and managing complex molding environments.
- Deep knowledge of plastic injection molding processes, mold setup & troubleshooting, materials behavior, and manufacturing systems.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Kaizen, and process optimization for molding operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Thai.
