About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing plastic packaging manufacturer supplying rigid PET packaging (preform & bottles) to leading FMCG and personal care brands across Southeast Asia. As part of continued expansion, they are looking for a hands-on production leader to drive manufacturing excellence across preform and blow-molding lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production across PET preform/injection molding and blow-molding lines
- Drive OEE, yield, and scrap-rate improvement through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Own production planning and scheduling to meet FMCG/beverage customer delivery commitments
- Manage manpower planning, shift structure, and development of supervisors and engineers
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve bottlenecks
- Manage production budget, cost control, and capex proposals for line/equipment upgrades
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and customer/food-contact audit requirements
- Champion safety culture and EHS compliance on the shop floor
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in plastic packaging manufacturing, including 3–5+ years as Production Manager or above
- Hands-on PET preform manufacturing (injection molding) experience is essential
- Solid understanding of PET resin processing, blow-molding, and rigid–flexible packaging conversion
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing, OEE improvement, and leading teams of 100+
- Familiarity with GMP/BRC/ISO 22000 or similar food-contact packaging standards
- Background in WCM (World Class Manufacturing) or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), with prior Lean Six Sigma exposure, is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering
- Good command of English; fluent Thai
