Position Overview
Our client, a well-established multinational group in the food and starch manufacturing industry, is seeking a Senior Production Management Specialist to join the Production Department. This role is designed as a management development position, with systematic rotation and exposure across factories and functional units, aiming to develop future production leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the company's overall management development and rotation program, including assignments across Bangkok headquarters, internal business units, manufacturing plants, the Production Department, and other functional teams.
- Support the Head of Production in executing departmental responsibilities, including but not limited to overseeing and coordinating overall production operations across three manufacturing plants.
- Assist in managing and improving production processes, equipment optimization, production technology enhancement, wastewater treatment, and environmental, health & safety (EHS) governance.
- Coordinate and optimize resources across multiple plants to improve capacity utilization and achieve production targets.
- Support team management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and cross-functional communication and collaboration.
- Assist in preparation, execution, and acceptance of plant expansion and improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
