Senior Professional Business Architecture

Job Description

• Develop and maintain cross-domain business architecture blueprints to ensure enterprise-wide consistency.
• Translate business vision into future capability design and process alignment.
• Collaborate with ITBP, Innovation, and Business Strategy teams to identify new opportunity areas.
• Guide and validate initiatives to ensure alignment with the target operating model.
• Lead working groups for architecture modeling and business transformation mapping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 810 years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or related strategic roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven ability to influence cross-domain initiatives and ensure business architecture drives strategic outcomes.
• Strong leadership in cross-functional working groups and ability to consult with mid-to-senior business leaders.
• Expertise in capability-led transformation and ability to propose new frameworks for innovation alignment.
• Deep understanding of business transformation, blueprint modeling, and industry standards such as TOGAF and Business Architecture Guild methods.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
