Senior Program Management Engineer (Overseas business travelling)

Location: Sriracha, Chonburi Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 THB / month

Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with international contract manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, quality deliveries that meet business requirements.
2. Review and validate product costing, including materials, labor and overhead.
3. Oversee inventory valuation, cost of goods sold (COGS), and standard costing processes.
4. Perform detailed cost analyses and profitability assessments across product lines and business segments.
5. Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and optimize manufacturing processes prepare recommendations and implementation plans.
6. Research, analyze and forecast raw material cost trends and their impact on product costs.
7. Prepare periodic cost reports, budgets and forecasts for management review.
8. Monitor and analyze cost variances identify opportunities for improvement and drive corrective actions.
9. Provide cost data and insights to support pricing, procurement and operational decisions.
10. Collaborate closely with procurement, production and operations teams to develop cost models and understand production flow.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management and manufacturing cost management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
3. Proven experience managing contract manufacturers and cross-border supplier relationships.
4. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in costing methodologies, COGS, inventory valuation and variance analysis.
5. Experience supporting continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
6. Excellent communication skills in English ability to engage effectively with global teams across time zones.
7. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities with high accountability.
