Senior Program Manager

Job Purpose

• Responsible for program management of identified projects taken up by Enterprise Factory Bangalore team.
• Responsible for program management of Public Website and Internet banking upgrade projects
• Responsible for providing any required program management artifacts for Mobile app development project
• Responsible for vendor management through onboarding and ongoing management. Prepare detailed project plans, project charters, testing plans among others
• Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the program

Experience of 15- 20 years of experience in

• Agile and Digital product delivery experience is a must ]

1. Strong Project and Program Management experience
2. Operate effectively in a matrix structure
3. Good Communication skills – written and verbal
4. Strong technology background with sound understanding of UI and backend technologies
5. Ability to prepare detailed project plans anticipating all the activities in the project
6. Allocate tasks to team members, monitor and track progress
7. Be proactive, open and honest in communicating with management as well as client
8. Ability to communicate effectively with the vendors
9. Ability to discuss and gather requirements from the business and provide solutions
10. Ability to interact at various levels within the organization
11. Ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
12. Ability to prepare comprehensive status reports, perform management reviews
13. Build an inclusive, cohesive and performing team
