Senior Project & Delivery Manager (APAC)

The Company

Our client is a global consumer brand with a growing international footprint. As part of its continued expansion, the business is strengthening its international technology capability to support new market launches, improve existing market operations, and accelerate digital and technology enablement across its global partner network.

The successful candidate will join the International Technology team and act as a key delivery partner across multiple markets, working closely with internal product teams, solution engineers, regional stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across international markets, including new market launches, platform implementations, system enhancements, and operational technology rollouts.
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for assigned markets and business partners, ensuring technology roadmaps are translated into clear implementation plans and successful outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, regional teams, business partners, and third-party vendors to coordinate delivery activities and resolve project blockers.
• Support technology readiness for new market launches, ensuring systems, integrations, processes, and operational requirements are prepared ahead of go-live.
• Drive adoption of global technology standards while balancing local market needs, operational requirements, and regional business priorities.
• Provide structured project governance, including status reporting, risk tracking, issue management, steering updates, and post-launch reviews.
• Manage vendor delivery performance and ensure external technology partners are aligned with timelines, quality expectations, and project deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, create scalable rollout frameworks, and enhance consistency across international technology implementations.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, delivery management, programme management, or technology implementation roles.
• Strong background delivering technology projects across international, regional, or multi-market environments.
• Experience in digital transformation, retail technology, restaurant/QSR technology, e-commerce, POS, ordering platforms, payments, integrations, or customer-facing technology solutions would be highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects involving internal technology teams, business stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent project governance capability, including planning, reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive-level updates.
• Ability to translate business and technology requirements into practical delivery plans.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organisational, and vendor management skills.
• Prior experience working in a franchise, brand partner, multi-market, or distributed operating model would be preferred.
