Senior Project Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Bangkok and Eastern region (Chonburi and Rayong)

Job Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. This role includes planning, scheduling, predicting, and managing all technical tasks to ensure accuracy, proper resource allocation, and quality from start to finish.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
2. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
3. Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements, representing them effectively in the field.
4. Address challenges that may arise, ensuring straightforward problem resolution.
5. Ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
2. An engineering license is mandatory.
3. Proficient in design and visualization software, such as AutoCAD.
4. Over 10 years of experience in project planning, electrical systems, or fuel systems, particularly in large building or oil and gas projects.
5. Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
6. Familiarity with relevant regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
7. Ability to manage projects across multiple disciplines.
8. Strong decision-making abilities and leadership skills.
9. Effective time management and organizational skills.
10. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
11. Good command of English communication.
12. A collaborative team player with a self-motivated and driven work style.
13. Flexible for site work and travel to various locations in Bangkok, Rayong, and Chonburi.
