Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-level Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives from conceptualization to deployment.
- Act as the central PMO for high-impact AI and digital transformation projects, ensuring seamless cross-functional execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Work directly with IT executives to align technology projects with core business objectives.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of data pipelines and predictive models to optimize business operations, customer experiences, and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units, translating complex data/AI concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record at the Senior Manager level (or equivalent) in Data Engineering, BI, AI, or IT Project Management.
- Prior experience in the Banking, Fintech,Retail, E-commerce, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, AI/ML concepts, and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communicator and presenter; must have the ability to confidently present technical roadmaps and project updates to C-suite executives.
- Excellent command of both Thai and English is required.
