Aeterlink is a Japan-based technology company specializing in wireless power transfer (WPT) solutions and IoT system integration. The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide.

In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations. Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN.

About the Role:

We are collaborating with Thailand's CP Group and Mitsubishi Electric to advance the deployment of wireless power transfer and IoT systems across ASEAN, with Thailand as the operational base. As the number of on-site AirPlug implementation projects is expected to increase, there is a growing need for professionals who can manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring tight control over schedules, quality, and budgets. In addition, with the long-term objective of expanding the Thailand office into a project management hub for the ASEAN region, we are seeking individuals who can help build the project management organization from the company's early stage and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution Management

- Providing technical explanations to customers and leading requirements

- definition - Managing multiple projects concurrently

- Developing and monitoring project schedules and progress

- Coordinating resources and workflows

- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures

Procurement, Inventory & Budget Management

- Ordering and managing inventory of project equipment

- Tracking project budgets and costs

Coordination & Deliverables Management

- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

- Managing project deliverables such as project plans and cost estimates

Required experience & skill:

1) 35+ years of hands-on project management experience

- Experience in equipment, construction, manufacturing, energy, FA, IoT, or similar fieldsrather than PM roles focused solely on IT systemswith a solid understanding of underlying technologies.

2) Ability to operate effectively in a multinational and global environment

- Demonstrated capability to communicate and work professionally in English.

3) Execution-oriented, field-focused mindset

- Able to go beyond desk-based project control, engage directly on site, and collaborate closely with engineers and vendors to drive execution.

Preferred experience & skill:

1) Experience in the energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors

2) Engineering background

3) Experience working in a startup environment

Employment Details

• Salary: THB 100,000150,000/month
• Location:5, Room no.7 and 8, Soi Sukhumvit 29, Sukhumvit Road, Khlongtoey Nua, Vadhana, Bangkok 10110(Sukhumvit Station (MRT)/Asoke Station (BTS), 10-minute walk)
• Work Style: On-site, MonFri, 9:0018:00 (1-hour lunch)
• Probation: 3 months
