Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive day-to-day project management operations accordance with contractual details and obligations, from Project hand-over from Project Engineer & Sales to Project Closing according to PMP and HSE plan
  • Oversee and accomplishes project objectives by Project strategy, planning and evaluating project activities
  • Monitor team member which ensured QCD and profitability
  • Provide guidance to team members and maintain the customers satisfaction during the execution of project
  • Ensure the data of equipment manufacturing and purchasing to respect of customer contract details& instructions and all activities of project (e.g. project payment, bank guarantees, letter of credit, shipment of equipment as per project schedule)
  • Oversee and supervise the team members for the process of site activities to ensure the process smoothly and collaboratively with Site activities team
  • Oversee the overall project cost tracking and weekly forecast
  • Oversee the team members to be aligned and respect timeline of customers project (e.g. project s margin, projects timing, project deliverable to customer as per contract)
  • Implement the strategic that necessary measures and projects
  • Manage projects risks / leverage for company network and contingencies plan that be escalated from team member

Qualification:


  • Bachelors degree or higher with the major in Engineering
  • Experience: 10 years work experience in similar industry
  • Experience in execution of automated equipment
  • Self-sufficient and proactive attitude
  • Pragmatic approach and result orientation
  • Problem solving, communication and negotiation skill
  • Customer relationship capability
  • Able to travel abroad (as per requirements)
  • Basic Knowledge CAD software
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient in English
