Senior Project Manager & Maintenance

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Projects to lead plant engineering projects, maintenance strategy, and capital execution initiatives at our manufacturing facility in Ayutthaya.
This position plays a critical role in plant reliability, equipment optimization, brownfield expansion, and continuous process plant improvements.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in continuous process manufacturing and familiarity with Thai safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and control preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with Thai safety laws and plant safety standards.
- Support design, ordering, installation, and commissioning of plant equipment and machinery.
- Lead brownfield project execution and continuous process plant setup.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions (RCA).
- Maintain and monitor critical equipment performance.
- Support plant modifications, upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives.
- Participate in CAPEX planning and execution.
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and internal engineering standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
- 12–15 years of experience in continuous process manufacturing plants.
- Proven experience in brownfield project execution in Thailand.
- Experience in maintenance & utilities management in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of Thai industrial safety regulations.
- Fluency in Thai (speaking) and English (verbal & written).
- Ability to join within 30 days preferred.
