Role: Senior Project Manager
JD:
Resource Specifications:
. Responsible for end-to-end project management to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to budget.
. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, tasks, resources, and deliverables.
. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and manage interdependencies.
. Ensure alignment across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
. Establish and maintain a robust program governance structure, including reporting cadence and decision-making forums.
. Drive disciplined execution through structured planning, progress tracking, and milestone management.
. Demonstrated strong knowledge of project management methodologies, with PMP certification preferred.
. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in delivery and project management roles, preferably within large-scale projects.
. Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
. Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
. Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
