Position: Senior Project Manager/ AVP - Housing Project, Based Phuket (level depend on experience)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage Housing/ Villa construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, allocate budgets, and control costs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Review and approve design drawings, materials, and construction quality to meet project standards and comply with legal requirements.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, providing recommendations to address any issues or risks.
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure the project is ready for a successful opening.
- Lead and supervise the on-site project team to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Housing/ Villa construction project management, with at least 5 years at management level.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and quality control.
- Proven experience in budget control, contract management, and contractor supervision.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work full-time in Phuket.
- Good command of English for communication with stakeholders and partners.
