Senior Property Specialist – Phuket – Angel Real Estate ConsultancyAbout the Role
Phuket is one of the fastest-growing and most important markets for Angel Real Estate. We're looking for a Senior Property Specialist to lead our Western market sales across the island — managing both B2B agency partnerships and direct B2C client relationships.
This will be a primarily project-based role, focused on new developments and off-plan opportunities, while also supporting both agency partners and direct clients throughout the sales process. The role requires strong execution across both channels, with a focus on converting warm inbound leads and actively building agency partnerships in the market.
You'll report directly to the SVP of International Sales and will be responsible for developing relationships with international and Thai-based agencies, servicing their Western clients, and closing direct deals from inbound marketing leads.
Importantly, this role is not limited to Phuket. You'll have full access to Angel's entire national portfolio — giving you and your clients the ability to explore opportunities across Bangkok, Koh Samui, Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Hua Hin and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow B2B agency partnerships across Phuket, including active prospecting and relationship development
- Convert warm inbound leads from Angel's marketing channels into qualified consultations and closed deals
- Provide expert consultation to Western property buyers on investment opportunities across Angel's exclusive Phuket portfolio and national project pipeline
- Focus primarily on project sales, including new launches and off-plan developments
- Work with top-tier developers to showcase new launches and exclusive projects
- Maintain CRM compliance, lead tracking, and deal registration
- Hit agreed KPIs around sales volume and agencies engaged
- Contribute to quarterly reviews and monthly reporting on market performance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct real estate experience in Phuket
- Island real estate experience strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the Phuket property market — locations, pricing, developer relationships
- Existing network within the market (strong bonus)
- Fluent English (required) Other languages are a plus
- Strong sales ability — comfortable closing B2B partnerships and direct client deals
- Experience working with project sales and off-plan developments preferred
- CRM proficiency and organised approach to lead management
